Laura’s Opera Awards Foundation bursary success

Laura has been granted a bursary by the Opera Awards Foundation towards initial research and development on a new dramatic song cycle.

Nineteen bursaries were made for the 2022 cohort of artists, including 15 singers, 2 writers/directors, 1 conductor and 1 repetiteur, representing 11 countries (Armenia, Australia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Pakistan, Poland, South Africa & United Kingdom).

As well as financial assistance, bursary recipients benefit from advice and guidance from the team at the International Opera Awards and its global network. More details are available online here.
