‘Cendrillon’ at Buxton International Festival

Laura joins Buxton International Festival this summer to direct Pauline Viardot’s gem of a chamber opera, Cendrillon. This miniature operetta pulls together many threads of 19th century Parisian musical life and has been described as ‘a retelling with Gallic wit, Italianate bel canto, and a quirkiness all her own’.

There will be three performances of the production in July at the Pavilion Arts Centre. More information on the production can be found on the BIF website here.
